1. Minimum Consumption Requirement

The specified minimum consumption in our offer includes both food and beverages. Costs for technical services and additional external personnel are not included. All amounts are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

2. Reservation and Deposit for Exclusive Events

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. The reservation becomes binding only after we receive this payment.

2.1 Payment Terms 

Your reservation is binding only after receiving a 50% deposit.

If this deposit is not transferred to the account of Razzia Kultur AG at least 4 weeks before the event, the event is considered canceled, and all costs incurred up to that point will be invoiced.

Razzia Kultur AG does not issue invoices to foreign addresses

2.2 Cancellations

Cancellations or significant changes must be communicated in writing and as early as possible.

If cancellations are made at least 2 months in advance, no fees will be charged. Cancellations within 30 days of the event give us the right to charge 25% of the offer. Cancellations within 15 days of the event allow us to charge 50% of the offer. Cancellations within 10 days of the event give us the right to charge 75% of the offer.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in billing for 100% of the anticipated services.

3. Detailed Information

We kindly request you to provide important details, such as menu and wine selection, seating preferences, decorations, and the schedule, in writing at least 3 weeks before the event.

4. Number of Participants

Please inform us of the confirmed number of participants as early as possible, but no later than 3 days before the start of the event.

5. Cleaning / Waste

Additional cleaning or waste disposal costs due to extraordinary dirt will be charged to the customer.

6. Use of the Garden (Courtyard Terrace

The use of the courtyard terrace is permitted until 10:00 PM.
Due to noise regulations, a cocktail reception with musical accompaniment is prohibited (see Noise Regulations, Point 11).

7. Decorations 

Material for your event can be delivered on the day of the event before 10:00 AM and from 3:00 PM and must be collected the following day.
Deliveries outside of these times are granted only with explicit prior agreement due to our residential location.

9. Security

For exclusive events that book the restaurant, bar, or both, a security service (2 security personnel) will be contracted to ensure entry, guest safety, and nighttime tranquility in front of Restaurant Razzia. This service is billed at CHF 70 per person per hour.

10. Damages / Liability

The customer is liable for all damages and contamination caused during the event to premises, facilities, and furniture.

Razzia Kultur AG assumes no liability for losses or damages to guests’ belongings. The event organizer is responsible for any brought items.

11. Overtime / Midnight Surcharge

From 12:00 AM, a surcharge of CHF 500 per hour, per started hour, will be charged for events. This applies only to exclusive events, and permission is granted by Razzia Kultur AG.

12. Nighttime Noise Regulations

The noise protection regulations of the City of Zurich must be adhered to at all times as Razzia is located in a residential area.

13. Technical Equipment

For all technical equipment, including additional gear, our exclusive partner, Opera AG, is exclusively responsible. As the exclusive contract partner for event technology, Opera AG is responsible for booking and providing all technical services.

14. Covid 19

Due to the current situation, in the event of another lockdown or restrictions imposed by the federal authorities, free cancellation is possible.

15. Jurisdiction 

This agreement is subject to Swiss law, and the jurisdiction is Zurich.
