What We Expect

In your role as Chef de Rang, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests. In our diverse establishment, you independently manage your station with charm and expertise.

You prepare the restaurant profitably and with attention to detail according to mise en place standards, helping shape your own workspace.

With your in-depth knowledge, you offer tailored recommendations and guide your guests through their culinary journey.

You look after your guests from arrival to payment, becoming their direct point of contact throughout the experience.


Your Profile

You are someone for whom hospitality, warmth, and a sense of quality come naturally. You are patient, resilient, and strategic in your thinking — and you stay focused even in fast-paced situations.

You speak fluent German and have completed training in hospitality service or already have experience in the gastronomy industry.

Administrative Assistant – Gastronomy (80–100%) – Start Immediately + -

Razzia – an event venue and restaurant with a separate bar, located in a 100-year-old former cinema hall – is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful event locations and restaurants in Zurich. Situated in the charming Seefeld district, it attracts both locals and tourists alike. We host many private and corporate events. To support our operations management, we are looking for a reliable, office-savvy individual with solid knowledge of the gastronomy industry.


Your Responsibilities

Manage the email inbox, handle inquiries, clarify questions, and find suitable solutions.
Accept and manage reservations.
Handle phone correspondence.
Maintain and manage master data.
Support the operations management with banquet processing.
Update and design menu and offer cards.


Your Profile

Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) in commercial or gastronomy-related training.
At least three years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally with front-of-house or customer contact.
Strong skills in PC programs, particularly MS Office with a focus on Excel.
Service-oriented, team-minded, and flexible personality with a precise and structured way of working.
Quick comprehension skills and the ability to understand complex contexts and think in a connected way.
Affinity and passion for gastronomy.
Very good command of German.


What We Offer

Centrally located workplace in Zurich-Seefeld.
Regular daytime working hours, Monday to Friday (occasional banquet support may be required).
Family-run gastronomy business with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths.
Varied and versatile range of tasks.
Salary range: 5,200 to 5,500 x 13.
