Expectations
In the position of Chef de rang, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests. In our multi-faceted company, you independently manage your station with charm and know-how.- You prepare the restaurant in a profitable way with attention to detail according to the Mise en Place specifications and thus help shape your workplace.
- With your in-depth expertise, you give individual recommendations and accompany your guests on their culinary journey.
- You look after your guests from reception to debt collection and thus become a direct contact person.
Your profile
- You are a personality for whom hospitality, warmth and quality awareness are a matter of course. Patience, resilience and strategic thinking characterize you and you are concentrated even in hectic situations.
- You have a fluent knowledge of German and have completed training as a service specialist or already have experience in gastronomy.
Chef de Partie, 100% Pensum > + -
Expectations
In the position of Chef de Partie, you are jointly responsible for the culinary well-being of our guests. In our multifaceted company, you will independently manage your position with creativity and expertise.- Keeping and reading the MEP lists, checking daily tasks and coordinating with the chef
- Arrange food according to the specifications and garnish in a visually appealing way
- Production and preparation of the food on the respective post
- At the end of the service, make preparations for the next day, write MEP list
- Daily inspection of cold stores
- Prepare an order for your own post
- Receipt of goods and professional storage of the perishable goods
Your profile
- You are a personality for whom hospitality, warmth and quality awareness are a matter of course. Patience, resilience and strategic thinking characterize you and you are also concentrated in hectic situations and with joy at work.
- You have knowledge of German and have completed training as a chef and already have professional experience
- HACCP and own initiative are just as much a part of your attributes as teamwork and conflict ability.
Bartender, 100% Pensum > + -
Expectations In the position of bartender, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests. In our multi-faceted company, you independently manage your station with charm and know-how.
- You prepare the bar in a profitable way with attention to detail according to the Mise en Place specifications and thus help shape your workplace.
- Mixing cocktails, according to recipe.
- With your in-depth expertise, you give individual recommendations and accompany your guests on their culinary journey.
- You look after your guests from reception to debt collection and thus become a direct contact person.
