Today, we would like to introduce you to a special individual who has been a valuable member of our team since 2022: Dayo Oduwaiye, our talented head chef. Dayo leads our kitchen team with his expertise and spoils our guests with culinary, exotic cuisine.

As a child, little Dayo dreamed of a football career, but his love for fresh products and creating tasty food led him to take a different path. Dayo began his culinary journey in 2000 with his training at the Seefeld Restaurant Canard, now known as Bimi. Since then, he has had an impressive and diverse career, taking him to renowned establishments such as the restaurant Frohsinn in Hedingen and the Château de La Corbière in Estavayer-le-Lac.

In 2016, he returned to Zurich and among other places he successfully worked as a head chef in the Restaurant Rubina. We are particularly pleased that Dayo has once again found his way back to Seefeld, and we would like to thank him for his creative contributions. We are lucky to have such a diverse Chef in the house who knows how to deal with different textures and flavors which you can find on his plates every day. Dayo, we greatly appreciate your creativity and dedication! Thank you for the fantastic collaboration.
